其实 你自己是最好的心理医生

能够想到去看心理医生 至少说明你能够清楚明白自己的病情
并没有去刻意隐藏
这点 你比很多把心理亚健康却常常只在内心里压抑自己的人要主动地多
值得表扬

如今 进入21世纪 尤其是中国处在从所未有的过渡阶段
许多人都处于心理亚健康状态
只是很多人碍于面子 讳疾忌医 反而使病情加重
有心理问题的人 并非一定是心理疾病
有心理疾病的人 未必都是精神病人
心理问题 很大一部分是这个社会在作耸 再加上个别个体的消极思考+心理暗示
逐渐进入恶性循环
所以 不要把心理问题只归于你自己身上
能在社会的其中一个个体---你的身上出现的
也完全有可能在另一个个体身上出现
这就是偶然和必然的辩证法理论

可 有些能鼓起勇气的朋友去看心理医生
往往就是希望心理医生说“你很健康，很正常”
有些人不解
其实 这就是心理学

你试着自己调节吧
自己是最了解自己病情的人 所以 自己可以做最好的心理医生的！
多一些积极乐观的思考
少一些消极悲观的想法
少看一些负面的新闻，消息和电影
分散自己的注意力 不要孤僻自己
多和朋友谈心 交往
你会逐渐好起来的

要是真的想找心理医生聊聊，那你就去你的GP让他给你介绍一个，不过一般都不便宜做一次预约应该100澳元以内吧， 由保险或是MEDICARE应该会COVER一部分

严重的话确实需要看医生,自己都能调节还要医生干什么?中国人就是不信心理问题是问题,心理有问题比身体的问题严重得多.
