大家觉得哪类公司适合工作？

绝对只选大公司，跨国企业。例如 世界500强里面的。

<br />因为其财力雄厚，能够为员工的的职业发展提供很系统和专业的培训 还有广阔的平台。<br /><br />然后就是在自己的履历打造里面也会有很多亮点，吸引人的眼球，对以后的职业发展很有好处。<br />其实这和买东西的心理也是一样，大家都想买LV,GUCCI, Versace 一样都选名牌。<br />

缺点就是 很难进，特别是没有什么丰富的职场经验和显著的行业成就时。

I am on the other side. there are about 65% business in Australia is small or Pty ltd Companies, and working in those company actually give you more opportunity to do different types of jobs and gain more experiences. my wife use to work in government sector and she left after 3 months time as they only require you repeat same thing everyday, you will not learn anything but like machine repeat. in public company, the competition is much higher and as people without local background, so hard to stand out and being promoted to higher level management. even you try harder and harder, they might offer the promotion to someone only can speak good English but not knowing how to do the job. therefore, hard to get higher salary. you might have a shining background but the light not come from you. of course your salary will be stay in the same level years after years.
it is so good working in not for profit organization as their benefit are attractive, no pressure. but salary is much lower compare with those "for profit" companies. I recommend those who wants to enjoy the life and not care about money too much apply jobs to not for profit.
now come to my point, PTY LTD and family trust company is small and they are not "good looking". however, your performance is well recognized and if you are capable to fulfill the reasonability, you will be well reward financially as well. Of course you will gain more experience and knowledge while you working in different area. I will vote for those company if you have confidence that you are "one of the best" practice person.

大公司有大公司的好处
小公司有小公司的优势

大公司可以学习方法和 routine，但是想升职就特难，好位置都被占了
小公司可以锻炼multitask，一人得抵挡大公司的一个部门，什么都得自己动手干，但锻炼能力，升职潜力巨大

所以
要先去大公司，从小职员做起，学会他们的做事方法，routine，了解他们的资源
三五年之后，跳到一个有发展的小公司或者自立门户，全面锻炼自己的综合能力
再干个三五年，如果你的这个小公司有实力的话，你已经是腰缠百万了
如果没能力，没关系，这时候应该已经拥有各什么什么 manager 的头衔了
可以找个大公司养老了

大公司的待遇好，但是模式固定，薪资也固定，不会少到哪去，也不会是天文数字

小公司的收入不稳，基本上看老板的脸色，刚开始不会给你多高，但是一旦升到某个职位，前途无量

但是所有的前提都是，
你的是这个行业的老油条，有经验 并且 掌握资源，才能够多赚钱.
