雅思口语考试Part 1部分考生经常会被问到：
Question：What do you want to do when you finish university?
这个看似简单的问题，考生们经常很难给出一个完整的答案，不好的答案：
I want to go to Australia to do my continuing education when I finish university. I will work very hard to achieve my goal. However, I will have to pass my IELTS exam first.
这样的回答会得到一个比较低的分数，对于“What do you want/hope to do（in the future）？” 的问题类型，考官希望在考生的答案中能够包括以下几方面的内容：
1.思考一下自己的壮志雄心，然后选择一个想要完成的
2.解释原因，为什么想要完成这个愿望
3.说明希望如何完成
一个7分的回答会是：
When I finish university I would really like to go to Australia to study physics in Perth. I really hope to fulfill this ambition because I have heard that the education there is excellent, and Australia is also a place of great natural beauty. I think I will be able to succeed in doing this if I work hard and get a good score in my exams.
在这类雅思口语考题中,考官会期望考生能够正确应用以下的句型结构/语言知识点来进行回答：
使用"Would like"句型来谈论将来的期望
eg：
- I would like to become a journalist and travel the world when I graduate.
使用“I hope to do...”的句型
eg：
- I hope to be able to do a masters degree in Australia.
- I hope to become an expert in engineering and live in a mansion by the sea.
使用“If + 条件（现在时）+ I will”的句型
eg：
- If I get a good grade I will go and study in the USA.
- If I manage to get a masters in New York, I will return to China and start a family.
- If I use my imagination and stop memorizing, I will get a better score in my IELTS speaking.
Is the transport system convenient where you live?
- Formula 7: Is X popular in your country?
- This is NOT a question about where you live or the transport system -it is about groups of people. To get a high score you need to talk about the groups of people where you live and whether or not the transport system is convenient for them.
你住的地方交通方便吗？
-第7高分公式：Is X popular in your country?
-这不是一个关于你住哪儿或者交通的问题-而是关于人群。要得到高分，你必须表达你附近所住的邻居，以及交通为他们带来的便利。
Do you think safe-driving is important?
-Formula 14: How important is X
-This is a "degree" question (like all "importance")questions. It is testing your ability to talk about shades of grey.

Do you like working with other people?
-Formula 2: "What do you like about X"
-The key to Formula 2 questions (and this is a classic example) is to pick a thing you like about X (working with other people) and then give anecdotes. These questions are usually at the beginning of the test and are testing your ability to give simple stories.
你喜欢与其他人一起工作么？
-第2高分公式："What do you like about X"

Which country would you like to travel to?
-Formula 15: What do you hope to do in the future?
-This is a future question (testing your ability to use the future tense!). To get a high score you need to choose a country (it doesn't matter which) and talk about why you hope to travel there (hence Formula 15)

-第15高分公式：你希望将来能够做些什么？
- 这是一个将来性的问题（测试你运用future tense的能力！）。要得到高分，你一定要选择一个国家（任选），然后解释为什么你希望去那儿旅游（第15高分公式）。
What do you think is interesting in your country for travelers?
-Formula 6: What do you like most about X?
-This question is a little bit tricky. It is really asking what you like to visit most in your country (hence Formula 6), but making it a bit more complex because you need to justify this for a traveler (and not just yourself). But, just choose what you like to visit most and you can easily say that travelers would like that too!
你觉得你的国家最吸引旅客的原因是什么？
第6高分公式-What do you like most about X?
-这问题具备一些挑战性。它其实是在问你在家乡最喜欢在哪些地方旅游（第6高分公式），但你得把你的意见形容成为什么会吸引游客（除了你自己以外）。简单的说，还是建议你先说说你自己最想去什么地方，然后再推荐，说游客也会有兴趣！ |
