Home loan fixed rate are going up!! If you have a home loan and wish to fix it better to make it quick!!
Commonwealth bank fixed rate is as much as 7.24% from 1 year to 3 years, effectived Today.

i wonder why going for fix rate when variable rate is only like 5% something???

don think rate will go up so fast within these 1 to 3 years....

Note the metal and oil prices are going up and Australian economy has a direct relationship with the commodities. I'm not guaranteeing the interest rate will go up but that means there may not be cheap fixed rate any more.

RBA governor had just warned home buyers to keep a buffer for themselves, there's a chance the rate may go higher next year.

ANZ also putting their fixed rate up today, effective next Monday. for all friends here, if you want to fix, it has to be done by today 5pm.
