This is a fantasy house located on Winthrop Drive. Just 1 minutes walking to bus stop No.502, No.503 and No.504 which can go to bull creek and murdoch train stations. And this house is 5 minutes driving to myaree entertainment center which are the location of Utopia and a lot Chinese, Japanese and Malaysian resturants and Supermarkets.

And just 4 minutes walking to No. 940 bus stop which can go to garden city shopping center and city center.

The rooms are all double rooms with furnitures. Smaller one will be available on 24th of May.Basic rental is $165 per week plus share bills (internet, electricity, water and gas). Bigger room will be available on 25th of June. Basic rental is $170 plus share bills.

Move in day of bigger room can be negotiated.

One more attractvie thing is the house will be installed solar penals in May, so the electriciy bill will not be big at all.
