I have a 3 and 1 Ground Floor Apartment just off South Street, right opposite Kardinya Shopping Center. Currently I have the queen size room available for rent, there is a single room with a double bed, study desk and a chair,  build in wardrobe  It is for rent at 150/week. The utility bills is shared between the number of people in the house. Internet is $5/week and the house has 400G/month can be shared. Contract is required to be signed up for at least 6 months. Public transport is really convenient as bus 98/99 is just at the Conner of the house, shops and restaurants are right in front of the house.
