住客女生居多。
步行 10-15 分钟到 Curtin。步行可到附近IGA。门前100米内有公车站，公车两站到Curtin，10分钟到Kawarrawa shopping center。 72，75 路公车20 分钟左右到city center。门口400米公车站有公车直达carousel shopping center。

Most of the tenants are females.
15 min walk to Curtin. IGA is only 10 min away. 20-25 min walk to waterford plaza shopping center. (or 5-10 min by bus)
Bus stop within 100 meters, 5 Min to Curtin and 20-25 min to city. 15 min to Carousel shopping center.
Room is available for move in now.
