Recruitment Officer
Integrity is a West Australian owned and operated recruitment and staffing agency, with over 20 years’ experience in the WA marketplace. We provide permanent and temporary recruitment solutions, as well as HR services and consultancy to the WA State Government, Not-for-Profit Sector and Private Industry throughout WA

Based in in the northern suburbs our client is a "not for profit" organisation looking for 3x Recruitment Officers to undertake short term contracts commencing immediately for 2 months with possible extension and/or going permanent.

Facilitate recruitment and provide support to Management in related areas across multiple sites. Duties include:

Recruitment of staff
Coordination of the recruitment process
Advertising staff vacancies
Shortlisting applicants
Coordinating interviews
Referee checks
Induction/orientation
Assistance in the development of policy
Assist with maintaining the Human Resources Database records including filing and record keeping
Ensure contract and quality standards are met in all areas of the recruitment process
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in written communications
Skills desired;

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management Experience, Skills and Knowledge
Demonstrated experience in providing efficient human resources/recruitment support to a medium sized multi-functional organisation
Well-developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills together with the ability to liaise and network effectively at all levels
Demonstrated advanced level of experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
Current ‘A’ class drivers licence
Current satisfactory National Police Clearance

Experience in "not for profit" organisations would be an advantage but not essential.
