About the Organisation
My client  is a leading international multi-disciplinary consultancy, renowned for award-winning and innovative projects.  With their Perth operations progressively growing and landing key projects, they are now carving a reputation for excellence within the local market.

About the Role
Due to this growth, an exciting position has arisen for a talented and experienced Senior Highways Engineer for a role based in Perth CBD. This role will see you primarily being a technical and delivery specialist but also provide support to interstate projects in a review type role.
  
About You
Key requirements for this exciting and unique role are;
  
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering - ideally a chartered engineer
• Minimum of 5 years+ in a road and highway design and project delivery
• Ideally have significant experience working on MRWA type projects
• Ability to coordinate a design team and work with key stakeholders/consultants
• Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
• Demonstrated background in leading/ mentoring junior staff

You MUST have previous experience leading/ managing the design process on relevant projects.
