Our sales team are currently searching for an new person to join the team based in
Cannington. As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:
• Identify and develop clients base
• Implement communication strategies for key clients groups
• Provide regular reporting on key targets and indicators
• Manage the sales portal and agent relationships
• Face to face client appointments, in the office and at clients’ premises. Some
weeknights and the occasional day on a weekend required.
• Taking incoming sales calls and making outgoing sales calls.
• Hitting weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining good relations with your clients keeping them interested and involved
through out the process.
As the ideal applicant you will possess:
• Have passion in marketing, real estate or similar
• A keen interest in developing your career in the Property industry
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is essential
• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling the candidate to deal effec
tively with the business partners and clients
• Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure and volume environment
• Have the right to work in Australia
