Senior Procurement Officer
About VenuesWest
VenuesWest takes pride in owning and/or operating 13 of Western Australia's major sporting, recreation and entertainment venues, including not only the currently under construction Perth Stadium and the iconic Perth Arena, but also nib stadium, HBF Stadium, HBF Arena, the Bendat Basketball Centre and Perth Motorplex. About the Role
The Senior Procurement Officer is responsible for administering and delivering effective and compliant government procurement practices in the area of capital items and works whilst driving the efficient use of the capital works budget for VenuesWest. The role is also responsible for the implementation of policy, standards and operating procedures to oversee and deliver procurement and contract management for the Capital Works branch.
This is a full time, fixed term role to 30 June 2020 with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. While the position will be based at HBF Stadium in Mt Claremont, the nature of this position is that it requires mobility directly to and between the VenuesWest portfolio of facilities when required.
VenuesWest is supportive of a healthy work/life balance and offers with this role a full gym and aquatic membership as well as discounts on our programs and purchases in the cafés.

VenuesWest is seeking an individual who is experienced in the management and delivery of compliant government procurement processes. Stakeholder engagement and excellent research and communication skills are essential this role to liaise and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders.
