An outstanding opportunity exists to join our well established group who are currently searching for Mortgage Broker/Loan Processor in Perth to service a large volume of qualified finance leads.

This opportunity will particularly suit applicants who are motivated to succeed and prepared to work hard.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for loan application process from deal lodgement to settlement
2. Responsible for preparation of servicing calculators and client correspondence
3. Responsible for obtaining all outstanding documents and submitting to the bank for approval

Must-haves
•Excellent communication both written/typing and verbal in both English and  Mandarin
•High attention to detail and sound organisational skills
•Self- driven personality with a mature approach and strong sense of customer service
