We are looking individuals with spark and initiative who can move into a more senior Service Sales or Service Management role

Key Responsibilities

Attend customer sites both onshore and offshore
Provide support to the Sales, in terms of technical assistance, pre-sales presentation, and post-sales technical support.
Prepare workscope for all repairs; Prepare RCFA
Write clear, concise daily reports to keep management apprised of job progress.
Check all equipment after installation and prior to start-up of pumps and associated equipment within the allotted time and in a professional manner, assuring that all customers’ problems are handled with a minimum delay
Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, to ensure that customers return for future business
