We are a well known, established real estate office and are offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our busy office, covering reception and offering general support to the whole team.



About the role

As the successful applicant, you will be the face of our office and the first point of contact for our clients, being responsible for day to day front counter operations.

Duties include, but are not limited to; directing incoming phone calls and emails, assisting walk in inquiries, receipting rent, daily banking, incoming & outgoing mail, typing, filing and electronic archiving, petty cash, stationery stocktake, general office upkeep and housekeeping.

With proven ability, there is potential for pathways into either Property Management or Sales.

Ability to work unsupervised
Accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail
Must have reliable mode of transport and be available to work 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday – Friday.

Some background in an office environment would be seen as a bonus but overall we would like to give this opportunity to someone who has a willingness to learn and succeed.
