A very rare opportunity has opened up for an experienced strata manager to join our team. Typically we promote from within, however, given our rapid growth over the last two years and the expected growth outlook over the next three to four years, we have a small portfolio that urgently needs an experienced manager, with the expectation this portfolio will grow exponentially.

A part-time assistant will be available and as the portfolio grows, this will progress to a full-time assistant.

Our precedence is on team culture and training, so it is vital that the applicant shares these priorities.  We also place significant emphasis on establishing and managing communities through strong verbal and written communication with our clients, therefore, it is essential the application is strong in these skill-sets.  

All full-time staff (15) will have completed their Certificate IV in Strata and Community Management by mid-2019, so it is essential the applicant also meet this requirement.

With the Reforms, there is also the need that the Applicant provide a Police Clearance Certificate.
