Corporate Lawyer/Associate - ECM & M&A focus - 2-5 years' PAE
Our client is a global firm with offices across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. In light of their global footprint, they are regularly instructed to advise both national & international clients on a broad range of large-scale corporate M&A, private equity and ECM transactions.
Growing from strength to strength, our client is seeking two highly motivated Corporate M&A and ECM Lawyers/Associates to join a developing corporate team of a national global firm. With an international presence, you will be working with ASX listed companies & international brands on:
Large-scale mergers and acquisitions – both public & private;
Equity Capital Markets; as well as some;
private equity, joint ventures, corporate governance & general corporate advisory work.
Key Requirements:
A minimum of 2-5 years PAE gained within a global, top-tier, mid-tier or well–regarded boutique firm;
Experience in one or more of the following: M&A (private or public), private equity, Equity Capital Markets, corporate governance & general corporate commercial advisory.
A strong interest and experience in international & interstate transactional work.
Solid academics.
Technically & commercially astute, as well as strong interpersonally.
