Technical Project Manager
About Us
Gaia Resources is an environmental technology company with offices in Perth and Brisbane. We make a positive difference to the environment by helping our clients to deliver on their core business, and work with clients from areas such as natural resource management, collections and archives, and citizen science. We're committed to making this positive difference in all aspects of our business.
About the Role
The role we are seeking is a new position in Perth to support the sustainable growth we are experiencing both locally in Western Australia and across the east coast. The position is very flexible in terms of timing and hours, as we pride ourselves on being a flexible, supportive environment that is family-friendly.
On a day-to-day basis you will be delivering technology-based projects with our staff in Perth, Brisbane and Hobart, as well as assisting in the development of new projects. You will work closely with our other Project Management team members, including those based in Brisbane and Perth.
About You
You will be passionate about delivering technical projects, and working with geographically separated but well connected teams. You'll do this by working with our team and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget and with no surprises.
Backgrounds in business development, the technical areas we deliver projects in (software engineering, spatial and support areas) and any direct experience of working with the industries that our clients are based in will enhance your application.
Importantly, you'll be a team player willing to work as part of a national team that prides ourselves on working collaboratively towards the best outcome for our clients.
How to Apply
Respond to this request with a covering letter, your Curriculum Vitae and include at least two recent referees that we can contact. Applications can be sent via Seek or via jobs@gaiaresources.com.au
For more information, please contact our Perth office on (08) 9227 7309, and ask to speak to Andrew Dennison (COO) or Piers Higgs (CEO).
