HR Coordinator
Integrity is a West Australian owned and operated recruitment and staffing agency, with over 20 years’ experience in the WA marketplace. We provide permanent and temporary recruitment solutions, as well as HR services and consultancy to the WA State Government, Not-for-Profit Sector and Private Industry throughout WA
Based in in the northern suburbs our client is a "not for profit" organisation looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to undertake short term contract commencing immediately for 2 months with the possibility of a permanent placement
Duties;
Contribute to the review, development, management and administration of Human Resources systems, processes and procedures
Ensure contract and quality standards are met in all areas of employment
Assist with the development and implementation of performance management systems and processes. Assist with training in this area
Oversee the volunteer program, including recruitment, policy and management plan
Manage and communicate special projects and programs such as
employee recognition, wellness, benefits, performance management and
employee surveys
Coordinate relevant training calendars
Promote strategies for the identification, prevention and early intervention of issues in relation to Workplace Health and Safety and Injury Management
Assisting with the recruitment of staff including advertising staff vacancies to shortlisting applicants, interviews and referee checks when required
Compile and provide statistical reports to management as required
Skills required;
Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in providing efficient human resources support to a medium sized multi-functional organisation
Well developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills together with the ability to liaise and network effectively with others at all levels
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement solutions to issues or problems
Ability to think flexibly and utilise a high level of initiative
Excellent organisational and time management skills and abilities
Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly gain knowledge of relevant sector Acts, Awards, processes and protocols
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in written communications
Demonstrated advanced level of experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in "not for profit" organisations would be an advantage but not essential.
