Workforce Consultant
At the heart of our story are passionate people and very clever technology. Diplomatik are contractor workforce management specialists with an awesome team and technology platform that gives our clients the ability to engage with more people, more agencies and more suppliers, with less effort, risk and cost.
The Role
As Workforce Consultant, you will use your entrepreneurial skills to develop relationships with key stakeholders within our client network and projects, and further grow the success of our operations through good operational practices.
You will provide action on our systems and workforce management processes in all facets of the business influencing project management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and recruitment/resourcing. You will reinforce a work place culture that aligns with Diplomatik’s core values.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Administration of Workforce systems
Train and advise, clients and users in the correct usage of systems
Provide coverage for Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable and Workforce Payroll
Management of timesheet processing and timesheet authenticity
Engage your team members to inspire a high-performance culture
Respond to clients on account grievances and issue resolution
Take accountability of working to achieve KPI team performance targets
Further enhance Diplomatik’s brand presence locally and its core values in service delivery
Promote delivering a quality service to all that engage with Diplomatik
Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients
Provide RPO sourcing for vacancies within the Quadzu System
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within the recruitment industry is advantageous
Experience client account capacity advantageous
Experience in the service industry
Strong HR/ Workforce process acumen
Strong ability in Microsoft Suite (Word/ Excel/ Power point etc.)
Operational understanding of workforce management systems
Operational understanding of Database software and/or talent pool software
Any relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous but not essential
