Enrolled Nurse
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to be part of our fantastic clinical team at Vivian Bullwinkel Lodge.

We are currently seeking Enrolled Nurses who are as passionate and enthusiastic about Aged Care as we are.

As an Enrolled Nurse with RAAFA, you will have the desire to work with the elderly and a strong understanding of the needs and issues facing older people. You will be willing and able to roll up your sleeves and contribute to a multidisciplinary team that are committed to facilitating enhanced outcomes for residents in our care.

Duties;

Contribute to the assessment of residents.
Contribute to the development and review of a care plan for residents.
Provide care and support to residents under the supervision of the RN
Monitor the well-being of residents and report changes
Update residents records
Contribute in assessing the effectiveness of nursing care to achieve outcomes for residents
Perform specialised clinical nursing tasks within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
Supervise Care staff
The successful candidate will have;

A minimum of 1 years' experience in Aged Care
Sound clinical expertise
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
The ability to work independently and within a team environment
Recent experience is aged care
Well-developed knowledge and understanding of the role and scope of work undertaken by an Enrolled Nurse
Knowledge of legislation and common law affecting nursing practice
A current National Police Clearance
