Library Customer Service Officer
Remuneration package: $61,277 - $71,912 per annum (pro-rata) inclusive of 9.5% superannuation
Permanent part-time - 20 hours per week
The City of Fremantle is seeking a dynamic and highly customer focussed individual to join its busy, service oriented Lifelong Learning Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Complete customer service processes to support library operations.
Support and deliver Lifelong Learning programs and events for all ages.
Provide effective, friendly and proactive customer service across a range of venues and service points.
To be successful in this position you must be able to demonstrate your ability to provide excellent customer service outcomes. You will bring a can-do attitude to the role and possess high-level communication skills, including the ability to manage customer complaints. The role can be reasonably physical as you will be required to fulfil a wide range of tasks including lifting, bending and manual handling.
You will be a confident story teller and be able to present to groups of all ages and diversity. You will also need a current driver’s licence, a WA Working With Children Check and a Police clearance certificate.
