This is a sales intensive and client oriented position, aiming to provide a high level of professional advice to potential customers.



Roles & Responsibilities

Provide accurate and bespoke advice to international students
Respond to international student enquiries
Support students with admission and enrolment processes
Coordinate an assortment of student support services, including student visa assistance
Participate in scheduled trainings and self-help sessions
Someone with an exceptional ability of attention to details
Extensive reading ability to be abreast with the industry information
Keen to participate in number of online and offline marketing and branding practices
Ability to convince, negotiate and convert
Excellent Product Knowledge for Australia


The Applicant

Essentials:

Australian Citizen/ PR / Full work rights
Bachelor degree or above
Fluency with Indian regional languages will be preferred, not a constraint for the right candidate
Ability to work in a team and excellent interpersonal skills
Sales or Customer service experience in Australia will be preferred
Problem-solving ability and  flexible
Efficient time management skills
