ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN
With over 30 years of international experience, this is a standout opportunity to align with a large developer builder in the industry. My client develops projects to the value of $200M + and are fast becoming a leading player in the Perth market.
My client has a rare opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to work within their team. My client is seeking an intermediate level candidate with a minimum of three years experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following;
Working closely with architects and other building professionals to provide architectural design services and solutions on construction projects
Designing large scale projects, preparing and presenting design proposals using Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup
Incorporating technical data (such as material lengths, amounts and weights) within a completed project design
Updating project designs to accommodate mechanical, engineering, architectural or client revisions
The successful candidate must have;
Qualifications in Architecture or Drafting and Design is essential
Minimum of 3-5 years working in an Architectural Technician role (intermediate level position),
Experience working on large scale, million-dollar, residential and commercial projects
Must be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup (BIM experience is desirable but not essential)
Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to be a team player
Salary on offer is $80 - $90k + super
