This builder hold decades of knowledge and experience in the WA Housing Market. They have established a reputation for delivering premium homes and developments of the finest quality. This builder is turning hundreds of first & second home builders dreams into reality year after year.

Due to strong sales, proven success and internal growth, this builder is looking to engage experienced Draftspeople on a contract basis. This contract could be up to 3 months of work and you will be required to work from home and/or your own office facility. You will be working on single, double & pre start plans.

Requirements!

Minimum 3 years experience in an equivalent role producing residential single & double storey working drawings
Have a ArchiCAD license & the equipment to work from your home/office accordingly - Archicad v18 & v20 (version 20 is critical) - this is non negotiable
Strong communication skills to maintain the relationship between yourself & the drafting team
Strong attention to detail & the ability to work autonomously
Time management skills, each job will be assigned an estimated time frame
This is a great role for a parent returning to work, or a contractor looking for additional work. The hourly rate will be flexible depending on the individual.
