Mid-Level Project Design Architect

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented Project Architect to join this highly respected boutique architectural and interior design studio that has a strong design ethos with a current workload over a diverse range of large-scale dynamic and exciting hotel, commercial & residential projects.



We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious person, passionate about design, with strong design detailing and documentation skills with a commercial mindset enabling the delivery of quality outcomes. Well-developed presentation skills together with a flair and passion for producing quality design solutions is a must.



The following skills, experience and qualities are essential for this position:

10 years post-grad experience with 5 + years’ experience in a Project Architect role with a strong portfolio that demonstrates design skills in related projects
Experience in large scale multi-residential and hotel developments, high-end residential and boutique hospitality projects
High level presentation skills for concept presentations
Intimate knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and Microsoft Office
Advanced skills and experience in preparing concepts, design development, documentation and detailing of interior design, ability to produce full documentation sets
To work collaboratively in a team environment but can also work independently on projects
Polished and professional nature with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master’s degree in architecture essential
Permanent residency in Australia
