Centrally located in Osborne Park, New Choice Homes are dynamic builders offering quality homes predominately to first/second home owners but also build multi-unit developments and two storey projects.

Customer service is of the utmost importance to us, meaning your key responsibility will be facilitating effective communication between clients, staff and suppliers throughout the course of construction and maintenance period.

Our ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:

A minimum of five years' experience working within the same role in the WA building market
A solid understanding of residential construction including the ability to interpret plans
Be highly motivated with exceptional level of organization, time management and attention to detail
High computer literacy, databuild & clickhomes experience an advantage
Exceptional written and verbal communication ability
Have a keen passion for customer service
Have an outgoing personality with a positive attitude
In return, we will provide the right candidate a part time position within a fantastic team with a strong support network to develop existing skills.

Please note this position is a Full Time 7 month maternity leave contract position looking to commence on 7th January 2019, however it is possible that ongoing employment will be offered at the end of the contract.

A competitive salary is on offer and is negotiable based on experience.
