Modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Banksia Grove

We are looking for someone to support a young man with an Intellectual Disability in his own home, and to work closely with his family and support team to provide a healthy and fulfilling life.

ARE YOU:

Able to work effectively within a team environment, as well as working independently with a flexible and common sense approach?
As the co-resident you will:

Share a  fully furnished, modern 2 bedroom,  2 bathroom house rent and utility free
Be paid a salary
Provide support  mornings and evenings, and as required on weekends
Have regular time off negotiated in advance
Have 4 weeks annual leave
Work closely with this young man's family and support team
Maintain continuity in his life through effective formal and informal communication
No experience necessary but must have drivers license, own car and police clearance.
We will consider two people sharing this role, for example week about.
