Chief Executive Officer
Leading Health and Community Services organisation
Growth strategy building off a strong reputation
Energetic and talented workforce
Therapy Focus is considered as Western Australia's leading provider of professional therapy services, employing over 300 staff across 20 office locations. More than 3,500 individuals access their services throughout the wider Perth metropolitan area, in regional areas and more recently overseas. Their true success lies in their talented and committed workforce which delivers outstanding, quality service to clients enabling people living with disabilities to optimise their quality of life.
Reporting to the Board and working closely with the Management team, you will lead the organisation to provide the best possible care and assistance to clients and oversee future direction and opportunities for growth within the broader disability and therapy markets.
Key facets to this role will include:
Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence across the organisation
Building organisational capability and services sustainability
Actively building positive and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
Setting a standard of high-quality service and operational delivery
Exploring opportunities for growth both organic and inorganic
You will be an energetic and outcome-oriented executive with a strong pedigree at a senior executive level. Your style will be authentic, accountable and punctuated by strong communication with the ability to lead diverse work groups toward shared outcomes. A genuine commercial acumen is essential and an understanding of health, community or human service delivery although not essential, is highly desirable.
This is an opportunity for an individual looking to take a values-based organisation with a strong reputation into the future during a period of rapid sector change.
For a confidential discussion, please call Kristine McPherson or Julie Colvin on 08 9282 5250 or email kmcpherson@derwentsearch.com.au.
Please note that due to the Christmas / New Year period responses may not be actioned until mid-January 2019.
