The role
The role of General Manager is responsible for the financial performance and operations of the business and reports directly into the Group CEO. Success in the role will be achieved via effective influencing and leadership of staff, customers, suppliers, and broader industry stakeholders, whilst driving a growth agenda which delivers strong commercial outcomes.

The General Manager will be responsible for the performance and success of a team across Technology, Business Development, Quoting/Estimating, Engineering, Project Management and Administrative functions.

Your background
As a strong candidate for this position you will likely be able to demonstrate:
Demonstrated leadership experience within an engineered technology related setting
Experience of leading customers through digital transformation solutions
Able to demonstrate sound financial and operational management skills
Able to drive company performance to meet strong commercial outcomes
Ability to network and influence others in the broader business community and industry;
Tertiary qualifications in business, management, engineering or a related field.
