Full time (up to 37.5 hours per week - part time and full time applicants considered)
Immediate start to 4 March 2019 (with the possibility of extension)
$56,504 - $57,792 per annum (plus the ability to Salary Package)
About the role
A unique opportunity has arisen to join the energetic Customer Experience Team. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Experience Facilitator provides an efficient responsive and high quality level of customer service and is the first point of inquiry for customers wanting to access Ability Centre services. The Customer Experience Facilitator needs to be flexible and adaptable in their approach, as they will be working in a busy and fast-paced environment. The role is responsible for providing a key frontline service, whilst performing a range of customer facing and administration tasks at Reception and in our Contact Room, in order to support the functions of the organisation and assist customers upon their inquiry.
Skills and experience required
Customer Services experience with a strong understanding of the value of customers;
Outstanding communication skills and an unwavering customer focus;
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of our team;
Be target driven and have a proven record for meeting Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s);
A skillful multi-tasker with great planning and organisational skills;
A proactive problem solver; and
A strong grasp of all Microsoft Office applications.

Salary packaging of up to $15,900 for general living expenses and an additional $2,650 for entertainment benefits per annum
