Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to Managing Director/Founder
Bookkeeping (MYOB)
Financial reporting
Website and newsletter management

Attend Board Meetings
Compliance management
Administrative tasks and coordination
Travel bookings and coordination
Stakeholder management
Logistics coordination in relation to Foundation activities
Skills and Experience:
An understanding of the not for profit sector an advantage
Qualification in working with charities an advantage
Demonstrate an advanced level of self-awareness
Ability to multi-task and work within specific time frames
Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Understand the value of discretion and confidentiality
Demonstrate advanced skills in all Microsoft Office programs and MYOB
Demonstrate advanced organisational skills
Personal Attributes:
Understanding your own vision and what motivates you
Understand the bigger picture
Ability to make the role your own
Engaging energy
Open to feedback
Open and honest
Reliable
Exhibit professional presentation
