The Aspire Centre is a multi-faceted and modern facility located at 34 Welshpool Road Welshpool. We offer a range of services for small business including serviced offices, virtual offices, boardroom and meeting room hire as well as administrative and bookkeeping services.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist with good secretarial skills to join our team.
We provide virtual receptionist services to a diverse range of clients so attention to detail and a professional phone manner is essential.
We are also looking to expand our virtual PA services so good secretarial and administrative experience is also required.
This is a full time position (Monday to Friday) to be a shared between 2 people as a job share role for the right applicants.
As such, we are looking for 2 outstanding professionals to job share this busy role (25 to 30 hours per week, spread across a 5 day week).
The position will be split into 2 shifts. Morning shift will be 8.00am to 1.00pm. The afternoon shift will be 12.30pm to 5.30pm. The shifts will be rotated weekly, so one week will be an early start and one week an afternoon start. Full days will be required to cover to annual leave and, if possible, personal leave. There is also the potential to increase the hours as the role develops and/or during busy periods.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients arriving in reception, including offering tea, coffee & water
Have an exceptional phone manner which is both professional and welcoming
Manage all boardroom and meeting room bookings
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director of the Company
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Assistant Manager of the Company
Help us grow the virtual PA side of our business by being able to provide a range of high end secretarial and administrative services to our clients.
Look after a range of office administration tasks including stationery orders and maintaining our coffee machine.
Essential Requirements
Experienced receptionist
Advanced level of secretarial and administrative experience
Advanced level of all round computing skills
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Works well in a team but can work unsupervised
Ability to be pro-active in offering and providing a high level of customer service to our clients
