We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager to work within our team. This is a busy and varied role with a portfolio of 80+ properties.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Responsibility and accountability for the overall management of our commercial property operations
Maintaining close liaisons with owners, tenants and contractors with reference to a variety of requirements and requests
Administration of all leases and lease renewals (including Retail)
Maintaining current and accurate tenancy schedules
Administration and reporting, budgeting and overseeing all commercial property management transactions
Routine inspections
To be successful in this position you will demonstrate:
Experience in a similar autonomous role in Commercial Property Management
A capacity to manage client expectations with an ability to manage multiple projects and work to strict deadlines
A proactive, approachable and professional demeanour
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
Certificate of Registration and thorough knowledge of the property industry and local market and the Retail Tenancy Act
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
Experience on REST Management program
Current Driver’s License
