Scrum Master
Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master with demonstrated experience delivering agile projects in a digital environment to work alongside key stakeholders to champion change and continue delivering award winning business solutions in a collaborative fun team environment.

You will be championed with maximising team effectiveness by managing work flow, ensuring requirements are defined correctly, identifying and removing impediments that inhibit team performance, facilitating agile ceremonies and assisting product owners and team members less experienced in the agile methodologies with practical, hands on guidance and training.

You will develop and review performance metrics and be responsible for reporting these metrics to the Executive team.  

Who are you

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on the challenge of innovation in a fast-paced environment. Your excellent communication and coaching skills will be required to work collaboratively across the organisation educating and influencing at all levels.

With formal qualification in agile principles and methodologies and experience in software development for a consumer facing environment, you will be driven by delivering what matters to our customers at consistently high standards.
