Hello everyone:

There is One separate living room area is available which is located in Aberdard Rd next to children's hospital. $130/week including all bills and unlimited Internet. The bus stop just clost to the curbside house, 5 minutes to UWA,10 minutes to CBD, 10 minute to subiaco. 8 minutes walk to train station very convenient.

The room is fully furnished with a king-bed, desk, chair, bedside table, wardrobe...

You will share with a one girl and other 3 guy who are both Uni students.

There also have a big sitting room, 1 big fridges, gas cooking, and a public laundry which is free for residents.

We are looking for a respectful, clean and quiet guy to share the lovely house with us.
