A fully furnished room is available for rent in a lovely house in Wilson. There is a bus stop right in front of the house to Curtin University, Carousel shopping centre, Cannington Train Station and Perth CBD. The house is 5 mins drive to Curtin University and 20 mins by walking.


This room is ideal for a quiet student and MUST BE CLEAN, responsible and easy going. The rent is $130/week (all bills gas, water, electricity and internet included). You will be sharing with two working adults, this is not a party house, only light cooking is allowed. There will be a cleaning roster shared amongst housemates and we are only after someone who is responsible and willing to share cleaning duties. We are only looking for a female housemate at this stage.
