Young couple looking for international students homestay to join our family. We enjoy our life and love to meet new people. Husband works full time and wife is a part time student who loves cooking. We are fluent in Mandarin and English.

* Each room is fully furnished with a single bed, study desk, chair and build-in wardrobe.
* Fast and unlimited internet provided.
* House cleaning is organized by professional cleaner
* Cloth washing is done by individual however all equipment is provided (washing machine and ironing)

Meals are provided (we prefer to eat together)
•        Mon to Friday: breakfast & dinner (can prepare your own lunch at home if u wish)
•        Saturday and Sunday: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Walking distance to Applecross senior high (1 km), Garden city, café and restaurants or take a short walk to the nearest bus stop to Canning Bridge Train Station.

1. Rent is $280 per week. (Utilities bills are included)
2. Bond is 4 weeks rent.
3. Rent is paid every two weeks in advanced.
4. If away and room want to be kept, rent deduction can be negotiated.
