气氛融洽： 室友都是UWA的学生，热情好客，开朗随意，擅长烹饪，干净整洁。（都是真的）

保证安全： 邻居友好，公寓进出都需要刷卡，精确到电梯楼层。

Fantastic apartment single room in Perth Mounts Bay Road for rent.

Convenit traffic :the bus stop is just downstairs ,23,950,97, within 8ms to UWA, and 7ms to Perth CBD（free bus）, and 10ms to North bridge (all in free section, the bus is available until midnight ). Just walk 8ms to Elizabeth Perth central bus station, free to go any part of Perth .

Apartments is well equipment :lift ,air-conditional ,wash machine ,dryer ,micro waves ,fridge , coffee machine , printer …(anyway, anything you can realized ,we all available )

Really nice house mate: the house mates are all UWA students , outgoing  easy going and friendly . Also good at cooking J . Be free to asking them any problem and get information.

Quite nice and amazing view : At the foot of Kings Park ,face to Swan river , pretty nice for you if you like excise or love to enjoying the outside beautiful view .

Chinese restaurant convenience store and coffee shop just downstairs
