In a beautiful location, top of the hill on Northwood street with a view of the city and on a block just under 500sq meters. It has laneway access at the back of the property. Just beside the house is a small park and there is also West Leederville Primary School. At the bottom of the street is Cambridge street where there is a Coles and many other shops. 

We had an appraisal done 6+ months ago which we have attached for your review. We are looking for an interested buyer of the property. It came to our mind that the property address is number 88 and this is the lucky number for Chinese. So we thought it would be a good idea to market this for your agency. 

We have a few alternative Selling Options that might be attractive for some buyers:

1. Sell the property as is - open to offers
2. Find an interested buyer that would like to purchase the back of the block only (land would need to be subdivided first). 
3. Sell the property as is. We would continue to live in the property and pay rent to the buyer at an agreed amount. During this time they could subdivide and develop the back block.
