Hi, we are looking for a someone to stay in my beautiful house at wilson, It is in a peaceful and secure street.
We treat our house with respect and love, we keep it clean and tidy.
Looking for someone tidy, easy going, friendly, reliable, respectful and fun to live with, to share the house with us, preferably full time student or professional.
Would like to live with somebody who is discreet and quiet.

The house:
3 bedrooms
1 living rooms
1 clean bathroom
1 washroom  
Fully equipped kitchen
Large garden
Large veranda

The room is available as from end of june,2010
Decent size bedroom
Room (with windows)
Room is fully furnished ( bed, bed table, closet …)
Can be short term or long term stay (preferably 3 months minimum)

The location and transport:
Easy access and very close to public transport
(5 min walk to city bus, bus 72 & 75)(15 min by train to perth CBD)
shops, restaurants, close by just 10 min walk.
Located in a peaceful, secure and very quiet street,
just 10 min work to the curtin university.
150$ per week (including gaz, electricity, broadband wireless internet,
washing machine, vacuum cleaner, fully equipped kitchen ...)
