左转车道的左边无灯，该车道前方有让行标志，右边有一三角路沿石（上有灯），可以不管右边的灯左拐吗？ 那次在左转车道等右边绿灯的时候，被人按喇叭了。图见附件。

如果在左線想轉左 只需要看看對面線右邊 有沒有車
如果沒有車來 就可以轉左 不需要看燈

If there is a giveway sign, you need to make sure there is no traffic coming from your right hand side.

If there is not on coming traffice, then you are right to go. This has nothing to do with the traffic light near, that only applys to the traffic moving straight

May be you stay at the sign for too long, that's why people hoon you from back?

有Give way向你时路况安全，就可以通过。如果有行人要过马路要示意让行人先过。
有的路口没有give way 而是专门给转左车的红绿灯，那么就要遵守红绿灯。
ps 如果哪个路口你不会走，找个地方停下来观察一会i。
