Can't start the engine

I can't start the engine this morning.
Tried almost 20 times to start finally

Anyone know what is the reason?(It happened 3 months ago and now it comes out agian and feel harder that before, its take me nearly 10 mins this time)
And i was speeding when it is raining last night, is there any relationship?why


Air condition become smelly, but i just renew the air con system one month ago....why's that happen... (Actually the air con already become smelly two weeks ago..but now it become even worst)
ps. I did shower every night  [s:5] and i did not use the air con for every time i drive. (I left the window open every night as well...)
