刚来PERTH的新人房子租哪个区比较好

本人下个月从MEL MOVE TO PERTH
对PERTH 几乎没有概念
首先就是租房子位置问题
希望各位在PERTH生活的帅哥美女们给点建议

有幾個地區close to 學校:

--Curtin: BENTLEY (rent quite high, but not safe, lots aboriginal people), WILSON (rent relatively stable, safety ok), ST JAMES(safety ok), CANNINGTON (not very closed compare with previous suburbs, but rent is affordable)

--ECU(MT LAWLEY CAMPUS): MT LAWLEY(high rent,but convenient), MAYLANDS(next to mt lawley, but rent cheaper than it), YOKINE

--ECU(JOONDALUP CAMPUS): JOONDALUP (new suburb,high rent, transportation must rely on train)

--Central TAFE: Northbridge(High rent, quite noisy,but transportation is convenient), North Perth(rent is ok,but transportation not as easy as west perth and northbridge, West Perth(similar rent with east perth), East Perth(high rent,but safe)

要是学生最好住离学校近一点，不过Curtin附近的几个区都不很安全，阿布太多。ECU和UWA附近的区都不错，当然价格也稍高一点。Murdoch附近的也可以啦。要是想离city近一点就VIC PARK 啦。
