Totally Agree!

Any rumor about economy crisis or housing real-estate bubbles or unregulated foreign investments pushing housing price through the roof can't weaken the realities of dramatically growing population and, cities like Perth are tending to become "super" integrated CBD.

我也觉得perth房价比中国便宜。按平房算，哪个更合理些？还是perth的房价比较合理。我相信perth房价还是会涨的，因为大家的工资还有物价都在涨，盖房子成本也越来越高，不涨的话，谁还盖房子呢？
