我已经打电话到客户服务部门确认过了，还是两次，工作人员说从来没有款项到我的账户里的，还建议我报警。

看清楚了，這個email address(pp307@mail2consultant.com)明顯是假的。你有沒有login你的PayPal account看清楚買家是否真的付了款？我是eBay的賣家，經常用PayPal，真的很想了解是什麼一回事。

paypal应该还是很安全的呀。。。至少安全性比信用卡支付安全得多。。。

你99.9%被骗了：

1。用paypal最安全是在ebay买或卖东西，因为paypal是ebay开设的，有问题时paypal会cover或refund你。
2。如果不是从ebay买卖东西，最好别用paypall: unless是大工司或你100%信得过对方。
3。没收到$前，千万别把东西post出。
4。贵重的东西，最好用Register post + insurance: 如果半途不见或对方耍赖你还可以claim insurance.
5. 如果从paypal付款通常是立刻或1小时内过账的，和需3-5工作天从paypal过账到你银行（我transfer三天以内就收到钱了）
