One double room is available to rent for only single people. It is very convenient to go to Perth city and Curtin University. Our suburb is quite safe. It suits professionals and students.

Our house is 800 meters away from Cannington Train and Bus Station. From Cannington Station, it takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach Perth by train. The train goes every nine minutes. No. 34 and 72 buses go to Curtin University from Cannington Station. Also the house is 3 kilo meters away from Westfield Shopping Center. It is 2 kilo meters to local IGA.

The room has a queen bed, a study desk, a chair, a huge built in wardrobe.

The house has unlimited Internet, unlimited land phone and air-condition. Kitchen stove is electrical.

All bills are included in the price. One month bond is required.

I would like some friendly and clean people to move in. Students and professionals are preferred. No drugs, no smokers, no alcoholic people please.
