(Bond of 2 weeks rent with initial payment together with a lease contract protecting both of our rights It is great location without doubt. So choose this house with a beautiful front porch+small garden, cozy living area+kitchen downstairs and your partly-furnished large single room with a massive built-in wardrobe+air-con at this price is non-regrettable. (some furnitures shown in the picture belong to the previous tenant) We currently have two adults (one lady+one gentleman) with full-time jobs, friendly/tidy people welcoming you onboard.
