An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist/ Administration Assistant to join our Student Services team in our Perth office. This is a challenging and varied role with responsibility for maintaining the office systems as well as providing quality services to clients.

Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
Providing high quality and efficient administration support to the team
Managing reception including responding to and redirecting queries
Data entry of student applications
Mail duties

As our ideal person, you will have:
Reception and administration support experience
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to multi task and meet demands
Demonstrated exceptional customer service focus
Knowledge of Microsoft suite package
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
