我应该办理什么银行卡

本人于8月初将去PIBT进行语言课程，现在很纠结到底应该办理什么样的银行卡~~
有朋友说，直接带信用卡，然后到那边刷卡，根本没有手续费~~（不知道是真的还是假的）

还有人说，在当地办理一张卡，然后让家长汇钱~~~


晚上，刚看到偏文章，建议带张国内借记卡，直接在澳洲ATM机器上提现~~~

到底哪样更省钱呢~~

请在澳洲的朋友们给个指点，在此不甚感激啊~~

办这边的银行卡，带上护照，学生证就可以了。还是这边办方便，万一你的卡不小心遗失了，补办也方便。纯属个人建议。

澳洲四大银行： bankwest, westpac(已bankwest与合并，是澳洲最老的银行), national, commonwealth    其他著名银行： anz(服务不错）， 汇丰（可以存其他货币，如美元）， citibank, 还有一个记不起来了。

使用信用卡时，如果直接买东西，不用付手续费。但是如果提取现金，无论是从ATM上，还是刷卡机上，都要付手续费。

你可以用现金开一个户， 然后让家里T.T到账户里，当然转款还是要付费的。但至少不用每次提现，每次付款

In fact the Big 4 are Westpac, National, Commonwealth and ANZ. Bankwest got taken over by Commonwealth, so Bankwest cards can use Commonwealth ATM in the east side. Westpac took over St George and become the largest bank group in Australia at the moment, but their card and ATM can't be inter-use yet.

Personally recommend ANZ, Commonwealth and Bankwest. I dealed with these banks for years, can tell you National bank and Westpac somehow doesn't know what they are doing...HSBC汇丰 fees is very high unless you got a large deposit. Citibank here doesn't have a lot of branches...and you can't deposit at their branch, need to go National.

I personally use Commonwealth and I'm happy with it.

p.s. if you use the credit card/bank card from China to pay things here, both the bank in aust and the bank in China will charge you fees, in long term doesn't worth it. Anything happened (i.e. lost/stolen card, unauthorised withdrawal) will be very hard to trace, not recommended.

ANZ的ATM机比较多，反正我看见到处都有，利息哪家高我就不知道了
