1. don't need to care about the money too much in the beginning as you don't have experience in Aussie.

2. just work for a short period ( 3 - 6 mths), then try to get another job. Why?

Coz wages can get more and more as you change company, don't work at the same company and wait for salary increase every year as it won't increase as much as you change job.....  of course, once you change 3-4 jobs, then work for the good one for few years before consider to change another one as most company don't like people change job too often.

3.*remember to get a well relationship with your boss and co-workers each time - much easier for u to work in the company if you get well with ur co-worker. Also is important for you as well as you may need them for your next job – reference check.
